If you are reporting a bug, tell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. If you have found an exploit, report it and do not use it. The Rules cover what happens if you do.

Sign-in trouble, a problem with your character, a purchase that did not arrive, or a moderation decision you want to appeal. Include your character name so we can find you.
Privacy and legal
Requests to access, correct or delete your data, and anything about the Terms or Privacy Policy. Send these from the email address on your account so we can confirm it is you.
