Short on purpose. Read them once.
Fair play
Do not cheat. Do not use bots, macros, or scripts to play for you. Do not exploit bugs. If you find a bug, report it. If you keep using it, we remove what you gained and ban the account.
PvP is opt-in
Nobody can fight you unless you agree to it. Duels need your consent. The Arena is something you choose to enter. There is no open-world PvP. You can turn PvP off at any time and it costs you nothing.
Be decent
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual pressure. That applies in chat, mail, duels, character names, guild names, and bios. Block anyone you want to. Report anything that crosses the line. Reports are private and a person reads them.
No spam, no advertising
Do not flood chat. Do not send bulk mail. Do not advertise other games, websites, services, or anything you are selling.
Keep the market honest
Haggle as hard as you like. Do not scam. Do not list one thing and deliver another. Do not use your own alts to move prices. Never trade Coin, items, or accounts for real money. Buying and selling are both bans.
Your account is yours
One person per account. Do not share, sell, buy, or lend it. You are responsible for everything it does. Do not use alts to dodge a block or a ban, feed your main, or pad the leaderboards. Do not try to get into anyone else’s account. Trying is a ban.
Thirteen and up
You must be at least 13 to play. In the EU and UK, if you are under your country’s digital-consent age, usually 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian. The Terms set this out in full.
If you break the rules
You get a warning, a suspension, or a ban, depending on what you did. We remove anything you gained by breaking the rule. Serious harm to another player skips the warning.
